Long Day

Been quite a day...spent most of it at the church doing nothing in particualr...went to early service this morning and I knew that I was going to be spending most of the day at the church so dad and I drove down the driveway to the gas station and got some stuff to eat from Dunkin's and you know we got enough for mom, dad, Karen, and me so something to eat plus four drinks...then as soon as I get back from that Aubs mom sends her to go get her something and since I had a couple of hours to kill...felt a lil weird going right back, but didn't bother me that much...so we go and get her an egg and sausage sandwich and we go back and she's like well there isnant any slick on this so aubs and I had to all the way back to Dunkin's and since we were kinda tired of getting in and out of the car by this point we decided to just go through the drivethrough and the both of us were feeling kinda weird about going and asking for salt, pepper and Mayonnaise so aubs decides to order a water with it just so we had something to cover it up with...lol...so we go up to the window and the guy is like okay here is your water, so aubs is like thanks...umm can we have some s and p too and some mayonaze, so the guy starts laughing and turns around and is like she did say salt and pepper so he got us that too, then we are like dude where is our mayonaze, and he just looks at us like okayyy...and gets that then aubs doesn't want to just drive off so she's like ummm does it cost anything, and the guy is like ya it's 37 cents or something and I am like what that's ridiculous, but by this point aubs is so embarassed that I don't think she really cared so she payed for it and drove off....Then after a lil while mrs. comp couldn't stand it any longer so she had to send us to the store again for some diet coke, but that really wasn't that bad because welll at least we didn't have to face the Dunkin Doughnut guys again!

Other news most of you probably know this by now but for anyone who see's this and cares I am not doing Fine Arts or Human Video this year After doing fine arts for three years and human video for four it's a little weird not being involved this year....I still help when I can, but it's not the same, but every time I get a lil discouraged and sad I just remember the reason why I am not doing it and that is because I am going on a missions trip! I am so excitd I don't know how I am ever going to wait...I don't know much all I know is that I am going to be going through Teen Missions and that I will be gone for 7 weeks...I can't wait until the new lists of places you can go come out in Nov.

Anyone ever been on a missions trip? If so did you have a good time? If not would you want to go on one?
Anyways that is my news I better sign off now I have an early morning tommrow...night
I guess I decided to start this blog because there just never seems to be enough room to write everything I want to in my profile, so this is my alternative. Recently a friend and I went to camp Bera and had an awsome time!

Excerts from Berea:

Chris was so awsome! best speaker ever....however I am not sure that I will ever look at tuna fish the same way again...He really knew how to keep my attention...with his analogies anywhere from battleship to the trip to the dentist office funny little analogies that most people would never associate with your walk with Christ but they were really good because they did relate and I remember them.

Lifechanging experience everyone was awsome and accepting and a lot of fun I would recomend the camp to anyone they have a great staff!

"The ashmatic guitar player" I think you are right they were jealous!

Kayaking always a fun experience- almost filling it with water before I fully even got in it and then soaking myself while paddaling...I think I deff need to work on my skills....but it was awsome just sitting out on the lake getting to know my best bud again

THE BLOB- wow that was awsome a lil less terrifying than I thought when I saw it, however really cold! I will admit that I fell of the first time it's a lil harder to get on your knee's than you think...so of course I had to do it again couldn't let it beat me!

Having a De Ja Vou experience turns out I have been to that camp before it was a one day thing in like 7th grade...really weird..they have fixed up the camp a lot though almost didn't reconize it

Cleaning the Raceways.....Fundraising
Always fun in some degree spending time before playing a hand game that I haven't done since like 4th grade and having one of the guys get really into it...really funny
Playing tag in like 2 ft of space
Trying to make a table with four people with out touching the ground hard but fun
Dropping a full bag of trash on the ground and having it break open...that was fun...but one of my friends was nice enough to help me so it wasn't that big of a deal
All in all I would have to say much better than selling Krispy Kreme's all day long!
